What is the benefit of joining CoalitionCEC?

Free access to our network communication platform!

1. Connecting with other people who share your convictions. Our platform allows you to find and message them.  There are conferences, zoom calls, meet-ups, and fellowships that you will be able to participate in.
2. Contributing to the broader progress of the gospel in Nor-Cal.  You're doing a lot of good work to build up your church.  Why not share what you've learned in ministry?  You will have the opportunity to share your resources and wisdom gained to help others be more effective in their ministry.
3. Becoming aware of opportunities for training in your area.  There are several great conferences hosted by churches in your area.  Our Events Page is an easy way to see what's going on.  Have an event you would like to promote?  Let us know!
4. Having your church added to our Coalition Map.  This will enable like-minded people to find you!
5. Filling positions.  Members can post openings for ministry jobs on the "Job Board".  Are you seeking a ministry position?  Post your resume on our "Send Me!" page.
6. Helping get new churches off the ground.  You will be presented opportunities to help church plants get off the ground by sharing resources, people, expertise.  Click HERE to see new church plant efforts that need help.

We intend this site to be a hub of communication to help maximize the efforts of our member churches.  Our ultimate desire is to work together to strengthen each other, revitalize dying churches, and plant new ones.

Recommended Nor-Cal Seminaries

We believe that intensive training is necessary for pastors to be equipped for their task. While there are many online options for training, we believe that face-to-face mentorship and side-by-side interaction is the most effective way to train men for ministry.  Below are the faithful seminaries in our region that offer this kind of training. 

1. The Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary

Located at Community Bible Church in Vallejo, CA

2. The Master's Seminary Extension 

Located at Northcreek Church in Walnut Creek, CA

**While this is largely done by video conference with classes at TMS in Southern California, you participate alongside fellow classmates on site in Walnut Creek.

CoalitionCEC Events

CoalitionCEC hosts periodic Leadership Workshops and Coalition Fellowships. Our workshops typically cover a specific topic related to church leadership.  

All are invited to our Leadership Workshops.  However, only Coalition Members are invited to the Coalition Roundtables.
